Federal Home Loan Bank's Programs

Charles River Bank works with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston (FHLBank Boston) to provide access to home ownership assistance programs. Available on a first-come, first-serve basis, programs require homebuyers attend a homebuyer education/counseling program.

Equity Builder Program (EBP)
Grants to eligible homebuyers with income at or below 80% of the area’s median income.
Housing Our Workforce (HOW) Program
Grants to eligible working individuals and families in the community making 80% to 120% of the area median income.
