TARGET DATA BREACH UPDATE
At Charles River Bank, the safety, security and privacy of your personal information is a top priority. We would like to make you aware of a data breach that has been reported by the major retailer, Target. You may have heard about the data breach in the news that occurred nationwide at their physical store locations between Nov. 27 and Dec. 15, 2013. Online transactions at target.com do not appear to be impacted.

At this time, Charles River Bank has not seen any fraud as a direct result of this breach.
In situations such as this, Charles River Bank has identified a list of card numbers that were possibly compromised. We will contact customers potentially affected by this breach within the coming week, and reissue new cards.
We recommend that you frequently check your bank statements. For customers who use Click 24 Online Banking, Command Business Banking or Charles River Bank’s Mobile Banking service, you may access your recent account history 24 hours a day when you log in.
